The good, the bad, the stupid and the cool

Good guys, stupid bad guys and good-turning-into-bad interesting guys.

The story:
The poor poor good guys (those wearing greyish lumps) are captured by the bad guys (green guys in colored clothings as well as those brown hairy "udderlings") and kept as slaves. Sometimes the bad guys also had their fun torturing the good guys like burning them (bottom of image).
Two of the good guys managed to escape and turned into bad guys later - "Lappalinus Linno" (upper right) and "Sorro" (the guy with the pointed chin, middle row second from left). These two guys were the "cool guys".
